| 2. What kind of price term does STARS offer? |
| We offer FOB, CIF and C&F. This is up to you. For FOB term, we need the information about the shipper and your confirmation of shipment. We can also help you to book the container under the FOB term. For CIF & C&F term, we need information about your destination port or place for our shipment and delivery.

| 3. What kind of payment term does STARS accept? |
| We accept payment in term of transferable and irrevocable L/C at sight bill of lading. If you are a fixed customer, we also consider accepting document against payment plus advanced payment or some other payment terms decided after negotiation.

| 4. If I do not have the capability of provide my own design, but I do hope to see my items ordered with beautiful packing, what shall I do? |
| We can design the packing for you, then send you the draft by express or E-mail for your confirmation, as we are equipped with our own printing factory and design lab. We are always trying our best to make you satisfied.

| 5. What about your quality assurance system? |
| Stars has launched an effective and efficient quality control system to maintain high quality and ensure 100% satisfaction of the customers. The QC department is in charge of checking the purchase of raw material, chemical composition to manufacturing process. We have the chemical composition information, drawings, and samples for most of our products. We never give up any chance of learning from outside, especially the foreign experienced dealer and pioneer of fireworks industry. |

| 6. What are your most competitive products? |
1.Consumer HDPE tube, 1.75 inch HDPE tube and base ,we are competitive.
2.Display HDPE tube, from 2 inches to 6 inches, we are competitive.
3 .We also are produce the tube and others for your requirement and diameter.

| 7. Can I apply the agent for your products in my local area? |
| Yes, you can. If you are interested in it, please forward your detail address and country. In some countries, we have already set up agent in sole agency system, but it does mean you have no chance to act as the agent forever. We may consider it in the coming year or the next sales season or if we find we have to improve the sole agency system, then we will invite you for a tender of another agency period. But you have to know acting as the agent of local area of China STARS fireworks, you will have to provide the service after sales and market fireworks as the agency agreement between us. In the countries, we have not the agent and representative, you are welcome to contact with us. Your application will be submitted to our internal department and the director board for evaluation and decision.

| 8. How many cartons of fireworks can be shipped in a 20-foot container? |
| It is decided by the measurement of the carton of your order tubes.

| We will forward you the situation about the fireworks business in your country or the around area, the best seller products and items of the latest. For more information about our products, price and our company, please contact us.

| 10. We want to visit your factories, then how shall we apply for & handle it? |
| According to your intention, we'll send out an invitation to you. You may go though formalities in Chinese Embassy in your country with our invitation. After arrival in China, you'll receive our warm welcome, enjoy our excellent service, visit our factory. you have chances to look at technological process of every product. |
